Ben Hagan has set a new club record for the Marathon

Ben raced at the Nike Melbourne Marathon Festival on Sunday morning with a time of 2:29 breaking the previous record held by Jo Blake since 2006

Words from Ben about the day “My parents flew down to Melbourne on the weekend! Was so good to hear them cheer for me during some difficult sections on the course, really pulled me through. Was an amazing day, I started the race next to Kipchoge in the elite start, he gave me a high five and told me to run well.”
